Company Milestones

Established in 1997 ,Garud Allied Technologies Started with Hard Chromium Plating with an investment of 10 lakhs & some capital borrowed from parents. The beginning was in a small shed of 1000 sqft. & 3 workers including we two Partners. The entire setup was done by 3 of us Ashish Kulkarni , SachinParmaj& our one man process operator Raj Suryavanshi .

  • 1998 – 2001: Full Concentration on quality & fast deliveries started the inflow of material from reputed Hydraulic machinery manufactures.
  • 2002: Developed High deposit plating for Fairfield formally known as Atlas Gears for their Drive Shafts.
  • 2004: Developed Nickel-Alloy plating for Aluminum Conductors & Contactors.
  • 2005: Established  afull fledged Efluent Treatment facility to ensure full conformity to Environmental standards ISO 14001.
  • 2007: Developed plating for PVC Pipe Extrusion Dies.
  • 2008: Expansion of Hard chrome facility from 2000 liters capacity to 4000 liters Capacity  for plating shaft up to 6 meter long.
  • 2009: Developed plating for  Plastic Extrusion Screws
  • 2010:  Developed Electroless nickel plating for Ball Valves.
  • 2011: Expansion of facility with additional  4000 liters VAT for plating Rams up to 700 mm diameter.
  • 2012: Developed Triplex Plating as a Solution to Severe Corrosion for shafts for Marine Environments.
  • 2013: Developed plating for Elevator Pulleys  of an  Multinational  Company elevators

Established all Processes in accordance with ISO 9001 Standards.

Got Approval for all Metal Finishing Processes for  L& t . Godrej & Boyce.

  • 2014: Developed Trivalent Zinc on Castings &  Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating For Manifolds &Submarine Components.

Won contract for Otis Elevator Pulleys from HitechEngineering.

  • 2015:  Won Contract from Wier India Ltd. For Electroless Nickel Plating of their entire range of Ball Valves.
  • 2016: Developed plating for critical components of Rotors for Sludge & Lobe Pumps.
  • 2017: Won contract from NETZSCH Technologies for Ultra High deposit Hardchrome   for Lobe pump Rotors .

Won contract from Caspro Exports for auto components.

  • 2018: Expansion of Hardchrome  facility for additional 5000 liters VAT to meet varied demands  of customer.
  • 2019: Acquired ISO 9001:2015 & ISO:14001:2015 certification.
