Quality Control

Quality control is very stringent as regards, thickness of plating, micro-hardness of plated layer, quality of deposit, form and dimensional tolerances of parts plated, & performance parameters as regards corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion of coatings &coefficient of friction as applicable to various types of coatings & applications.

The plating baths are analysed for chemical composition &tested for performance in well facilitated IN HOUSE Laboratotry.

We Have a systematic program of process control for all our in house processes.

We maintain:

  • FMEA documents for certain products.
  • Raw material Chemical & Elemental analysis records.
  • Bath Analysis records.

  • Salt spray Test Records.
  • All Processes are maintain as per Standards.

Committed to the conservation of natural resources , preservation of bio-diversity and the abatement of climate change impact , we aspire to be the Chemical Industry benchmark in environment performance.

We have fully equipped EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT for treating all the hazardous waste generator inside the plant.

SCURBBER are installed to filter out all gases, fumes, vapours and dust generated inside the plant .Adequate measures are in place to keep noise pollution levels at minimum.

Our efforts encompass several initiatives such as zero effluent discharge on biodiversity management reforestation an enhancement of green cover.
We play a constructive role in addressing climate change both by reducing ground water damage and air pollution, our environmental management systems meet the ISO 14001 standards at our processing plant.
